My Personal Trainer

This is my personal trainer and good friend, Natalie! I started my training with her last night and boy, did it feel good. Am I in pain today, yes. Does it feel good, heck yes! Pain after a work out means you are on the right track. And I am not working out to loose weight, just to tone, bulk up and stay in shape.

Been awhile!

It has been too long. I was just not in the updating mood at all. You may think I either take the same pictures or they are all from the same event. I promise these are all new. I really only take pictures if I am at events like Happy Hour, trade shows, and maybe special occasions. I could turn this blog into a political rant, but really how boring would that be? I do not have Facebook so I am kind of out of the loop in the world of what is going on. And I won't join! HAHA

So these pictures were take yesterday at a going away party for a co worker of mine. We sure do a lot of those. Tomorrow I will upload more pics.
